Weaving.5

And now I have woven a rug. I got a large wooden frame at DI that may have once been a window or something, and put nails all along the short ends to make my weaving frame. From there it just took two days (about 10 hours) and a lot of scrap fabric. As you can see, it's a hideous monster of a rug. The second half (which is the half closer to the camera) is quite a bit better done than the first half, as I rectified several mistakes I eventually realized I had been making. Still, hideous. I got the method from this questionable article. I had to figure some things out for myself, which weren't explained well or at all. I think with proper color scheming, I could make some lovely rugs. And that's all I have to say.
