ReplyDeleteI really enjoy these roundups, Redoubt. Although I noticed there was no "Theater" section this month. What gives? Also, I am curious as to what "Ghostbuster SLC" is.
ReplyDeleteI am sad that I didn't see any theater in May. Not even a free improv show or anything.
ReplyDeleteGhostbusters SLC is a shortish (30 min) fanfilm that I had the misfortune of seeing... honestly it wasn't that good. Could have been improved through better editing, but apparently they couldn't pull that off even though they delayed the showing (at the premiere!) for at least an hour to get in some last-minute editing. Script could have used some work too... Also I am boggled as to why they even had a premiere for something that wasn't even a real film.
